Fitness Classes

All classes are designed to push you past your limits so you leave class feeling both sweaty and empowered. From targeted muscle group classes to sweat-dripping cardio barre, Jenn has something for everyone!

 

Pulse

Jenn’s twist on a signature barre class that brings some added heat. This full body workout starts with a warm up of planks, pushups and extension work before moving onto arms and lower body combination. Thigh and glute work often take place at the barre. Join class for a full body tone!

Bounce

This class combines trampolines for a low impact cardio training with the barre workout that you know and love! This class is a real vibe with heart pumping playlists and a built in hype squad.

Power

Enjoy a 45 minute express barre bootcamp. This 45 minute fast paced workout combines HIIT and barre series that is guaranteed to surprise your muscles, your stamina and your strength.

Lift

Strength training meets the barre. This is your opportunity to embrace those heavy weights. LIFT is an interval training class that incorporates heavy dumbbells for safe and effective weight training along with cardio bursts and classic barre movements. It’s time to incorporate strength training into your regime and here’s the place to start.

Baby & Me

Bring your baby to the barre! This 50 minute full body pulse class has a dedicated focus on postpartum modifications, while suitable for all levels. We welcome all babies–that includes bumps, baby wearing, crawlers or walkers. Look out for stroller barre during the warmer months!
